Citizen service

As a municipal administration, we provide a wide range of services for citizens and businesses, locally and promptly. For even more flexibility, the Online Access Act obliges federal, state and local authorities to make their services available to citizens and businesses online via networked administrative portals.

The citizens' portal of the Kirchspielslandgemeinde Heider Umland, which was developed in close cooperation between IT-Verbund Schleswig-Holstein (ITVSH) and Schleswig-Holstein municipalities, is the fundamental basis for this. The municipal citizen portals are made available to the municipalities free of charge by the state of Schleswig-Holstein as a so-called basic service. The common goal is to present all of our services in a central location that is easy to find for everyone. By integrating the Service Account or Service Account Plus of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, some of these can now be applied for directly online without having to visit the local administration.
